Our priority is to keep our customers and staff safe during this quarantine period due to COVID-19. As a precaution we have implemented some guidelines for all of Dixon Auctioneers Auctions.
Effective immediately we will limit public access to all of our Auctions.
All people entering an auction site including staff will be required to sanitize hands wear gloves and masks or face coverings.
We will limit the number of customers inside to 5. We will not allow more than 5 customers to actively load items at the auction at one time.
These same rules will apply for our Central North Florida location.
Effective Immediately there is no staff to assist with unloading / unloading goods. You can make arrangements for dropping off items by calling our office at 305-282-8466.
In addition, we encourage all customers to pay outstanding invoices by paying with a credit card on our website. We can arrange for paying in cash and in person if absolutely necessary.
We also ask if you are sick or know you have been exposed that you self-quarantine as directed by the CDC.
We know these are trying times for everyone, and together we will all learn how to navigate the COVID-19 situation. We appreciate your patience and understanding. All of this is being done in an effort to keep our customers and staff healthy and safe.
